Hi, just played Tomb. I liked it, think it’s a solid build. Gunplay and sound effects felt right and smooth. The level design was good too with the key systems, very well thought out.
The overheat mechanic was good too, however for me i think the gunplay would be better if it was a bit more challenging, would allow you to be more careful when jumping into gunfights and keep the intensity up more, i do like the overheat mechanic but the rate of fire is too fast as it make the gunfights a bit simple imo.
My biggest critique is the wall running section, i got really bad motion sickness from doing it, it’s a small part but felt a bit clumsy and unnecessary as it’s so different from the rest of the design and I wasn’t a fan. If you do want to implement wall running in future projects, please stabilize the camera and make it more smooth cause i felt sick for minutes afterward.
Overall i enjoyed the build and you have potential for future projects, hope i could be helpful with feedback, good job.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. I'll 100% take into account the suggestions you've left should I implement them in the future, most certainly the camera tilt when wall-running. Thank you for the words and for playing :)
